About Us

The Foundation of Change

NGO Founders and Volunteers

Founded on the principle of unconditional service, the Jan Manas Foundation is a dedicated non-governmental organization built by a collective of passionate volunteers. Our driving force is the desire to rapidly bridge the gap between privilege and poverty in India's most vulnerable demographic segments.

Official Registrations & Transparency

Integrity and transparency sit at the core of our operations. The Jan Manas Foundation is officially registered under the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal, affirming our commitment to accountability. Furthermore, we are formally approved for tax exemptions under Sections 12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, allowing our benefactors to contribute confidently while receiving tangible fiscal benefits.

Our Vision for the Future

Child learning Community support

Our comprehensive mission spans far beyond basic charity. We aim to empower communities through education, deliver critical healthcare drives, protect environmental ecosystems, and fiercely champion women's empowerment and human rights. We believe that sustained, metric-driven acts of kindness are the only way to rewrite the future of underserved communities permanently.

"My name is Shaiza Khatoon, I am working in a factory as general labour (packing) in a nearby area. Sheetal madam insisted me for almost three months to start boarding all my five kids to classes of her NGO. I had an impression that she must have charge a fee of very good amount, but when my children started getting free coaching, stationery, school bags, winter clothes and other belongings, and I saw the improvement among them, I start believing that she is having the blessing of the almighty to do so. God bless her to serve many more children who need this."

"I got a chance to visit and meet those children. I would like to congratulate Sheetal didi for doing such wonderful work—free education, books, bags, clothes. We spend more than this on one of our family functions. I request you all to please celebrate your special day with these special kids. My best wishes to you and your NGO."

"A very warm greeting in the name of Prabhu. The work done by your NGO is really appreciable. You are working among children who are living in a slum area where there is no proper care about their health, education, and well-being. They are suffering from malnutrition. Your help, love, and care is admirable. I urge and request you all to please support them."

"I would like to congratulate you for the good work you are doing among our society, especially in the slum areas. Working on Menstrual Hygiene by giving free sanitary pads to teenage girls, holding brief discussions about do's and don'ts, and educating them about menstrual health and hygiene is outstanding."
